Refund & Return Policy (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return request, contact our support team at support@follica.online with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed and approved.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in the original packaging (including any inserts/accessories, if applicable)

  • Include proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Return Shipping 

If your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Return shipping costs are not refundable, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest option is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (minus any non-refundable shipping charges) within 10 business days. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider.
